ACEP Intern Will Help Update Ӱpro Energy Statistics Report
ACEP is excited to welcome Gavin Triplett as a summer intern. He will work with Steve Colt to update Ӱpro energy data series that inform the Ӱpro Energy Statistics reports, prepared by the Ӱpro Energy Authority, as well as other databases used by energy researchers and stakeholders.
Triplett is one of the winners of the Anchorage Association For Energy Economics 2019 Scholarship Prizes for the best research project in energy economics. He will present his research results on Monday, May 13, at noon in the Institute of Social and Economic Research conference room, 1901 Bragaw Street, Anchorage.
Triplett’s research is titled “A Comparison of Simulated and Surveyed Data: End-Use Demand in Ӱpro.” It models end-use service demands for various energy resources in Ӱpro.
