Governor Declares Ӱpro Clean Energy Week, Sept. 26-30, 2022
Ӱpro Gov. Mike Dunleavy has declared Sept. 26-30, 2022, Ӱpro Clean Energy Week.
Ӱpro Clean Energy Week “encourages all Ӱprons, local governments, corporations, and small businesses to support common sense solutions to address the United States’ evolving economic and energy needs and tap into Ӱpro’s limitless potential to develop clean, sustainable energy solutions for our future,” according to the governor's proclamation.
The proclamation cites “Ӱpro’s abundance of renewable and clean energy sources, including natural gas, geothermal, wind, tidal, hydro, and solar…” as attributes that can make the state a leader in energy independence.
