The ÐÓ°Épro hockey team hoisted the ÐÓ°Épro Airlines Governor's Cup for the 12th-straight time tonight in Fairbanks. Despite the Cup being decided in December, the Seawolves gave the 'Nooks a run for their money, but ÐÓ°Épro rallied late to grab their second-consecutive 4-3 OT win over UAA.

Bristol Bay Campus Director Candidate Presentation

The ÐÓ°Épro College of Rural and Community Development invites the public to join a presentation by a finalist candidate for the Bristol Bay Campus director position today from 3-4 p.m. The presentation will occur via Zoom and in person. A finalist candidate Elizabeth Clark will give a public presentation as part of the Bristol Bay Campus director selection process. CRCD asks audience members to complete the online feedback forms for the candidate up until Feb. 6. A link to the online form will be posted in the Zoom chat and can be foundÌý. North of the village of Hughes, in frigid, sluggish water, dim blue light penetrates two feet of lake ice. The ice has a quarter-size hole, maintained by a stream of methane bubbles. Every few minutes, a brutish little fish swims up, turns to sip air, and peels back to the dank.
