ACCAP webinar: Climate Change In ÐÓ°Épro — From Weather to Whether

The offers monthly statewide climate webinars that are designed to promote dialogue between scientists and people in government, land and resource management, industry, and individual residents who need information related to climate change in ÐÓ°Épro to make well-informed decisions. Each webinar will start with 20 – 30 minutes of presentation followed by discussion and questions from participants.

The next ACCAP webinar will be Climate Change In ÐÓ°Épro: From Weather to Whether, with James Partain, NOAA ÐÓ°Épro Region climate services director. This webinar will highlight many of the impacts of climate change on ÐÓ°Épro's weather, which span the range of environmental impacts from aviation to volcanic ash and everything in between. It will be held from 10 – 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 21, on the second floor of the Denali Building, 3352 College Rd., in Fairbanks. Instructions to are online.
