UAF's science summit work honored

UAF's promotional work on behalf of the 2016 Arctic Science Summit Week received a top award Wednesday evening at the annual ÐÓ°Épro Communicators Exchange in Anchorage.

The Public Relations Society of America ÐÓ°Épro Chapter, which sponsors CommEx, gave UAF first place in the public service campaign category.

Each year, recognizes the best public relations campaigns and tactics in ÐÓ°Épro with its Aurora Awards.

Arctic Science Summit Week brought scientists and officials from across the globe to Fairbanks from March 12-18.
