Chefs cook to benefit museum

Tickets are now available online for Chefs at the Museum, a fundraiser for the University of ÐÓ°Épro Museum of the North on Saturday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m. The event features the culinary talents of five local chefs who will create signature dishes using three key ingredients: barley flour, birch syrup and HooDoo beer.

The featured chefs are Darrin Ham, of Mise en Place Culinary; Joseph Hardenbrook, of HARD Dining; Jeff Oden, of Wholee Smokers; Jeannine Thompson, of ÐÓ°Éprona Kitchen; and Ivory Whitley, of ÐÓ°Épro Coffee Roasting Co. Each will demonstrate one dish in front of a live studio audience, and guests will vote on their favorites.

Tickets are $40, and all proceeds support the museum’s exhibits, research and education programs. Attendees must be 21 or older. For more information and to purchase your tickets, visit .
