Counseling sessions for staff and faculty

During this critical time for the university, the Deer Oaks Employee Assistance Program will be hosting a series of trainings for UA faculty and staff. The trainings, which are offered on-site and via webinar, will provide tools and guidance for dealing with the upcoming changes in a healthy manner. It is essential that we are armed with self-awareness and personal strategies to maintain emotional wellness.
