UAF students serve the Asian Style ÐÓ°Épron Black Cod course as part of the 2012 Scholarship Dinner.  The dinner supports students enrolled in the culinary arts and baking programs by providing scholarship support through the . This year  featured an ÐÓ°Épro sustainable themed eight-course menu showcasing primarily ÐÓ°Épron-grown products.
