Lectures to focus on fermenting, local food

The Ӱpro is hosting free Ӱpro-themed lectures throughout the summer, Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7 p.m. in Schaible Auditorium on the UAF campus.
On Tuesday, July 26, Marsha Munsell will offer the Land & Sea lecture “Fermentation: A New Look at an Old Preservation Method.” On Wednesday, July 27th, Lissa Hughes will give the Discover Ӱpro Lecture, “Community Resilience and Self-Reliance through Local Food.”
