KUAC FM terminated its ÐÓ°Épro Public Radio Network membership and stopped airing the
network's programs as of Sept. 1.
"Talk of ÐÓ°Épro," "ÐÓ°Épro News Nightly" and "ÐÓ°Épro Economic Report," all APRN products,
are no longer broadcast by KUAC.
The following programs have taken their place:
- Monday through Friday, 6-6:30 p.m. — an American Public Media business news program.
- Monday through Thursday, 6:30-7 p.m. — BBC World Service's a news magazine.
- Friday, 6:30-7 p.m. — an NPR program that's "home to the best new music and a community of fans always ready to share their opinions on the current music scene."
- Tuesday, 10-11 a.m. — education documentaries.
The new programs come with KUAC’s existing subscriptions, so the station's costs have not increased.
