Upcoming dates in April:
- Monday, April 4 — Begin registration and fee payment for fall 2016 semester (degree students)
- Monday, April 11 — Begin registration and fee payment for fall 2016 semester (non-degree students)
- Friday, April 22 — SpringFest (no classes)
Upcoming dates in May:
- Sunday, May 1 — Deadline to apply for admission for summer semester
- Monday, May 2 — Last day of instruction
- Tuesday–Friday, May 3–6 — Final examinations
- Sunday, May 8 — Commencement
- Monday, May 9 — Residence halls close, noon
- Monday, May 9 — MAYmester courses begin; attendance required. Deadline to register or for 100 percent refund of tuition and fees for MAYmester.
- Tuesday, May 10 — Late payment fees begin for MAYmester
- Wednesday, May 11 — Deadline for faculty to post spring semester grades, noon
- Monday, May 16 — Deadline for student- and faculty-initiated withdrawals for MAYmester

- Friday, May 20 — Last day of MAYmester instruction
- Monday, May 23 — First day of summer semester instruction for six-week session I and full session
- Wednesday, May 25 — Deadline to register for summer semester's six-week session I; attendance required on this day
- Monday, May 30 — Memorial Day (no classes, most offices closed)
- Tuesday, May 31 — Deadline to register for summer semester's full session; attendance required
- Tuesday, May 31 — Last day for 100 percent refund of tuition and fees for summer semester's six-week session I and full session
